Shipping

Any delivery costs will be as itemised on the website in your order purchase and will be calculated and added onto your order total to pay when and if applicable.

Delivery costs are generaly only added on to lower value orders ; this changes during sale times when prices are low and profit margins lower.

We aim to deliver same or next day

We now ship all our orders via DHL Express - except for Russia and parts of the Ukraine where we use UPS. ( we had many DHL shipments not reach their destinations nor even returned when using DHL )

We have Monday-Friday customer service between 1.30 am - 6 pm, London time.

Please note :

• Shipping costs when applied are non-refundable - unless an item were faulty
• A specific delivery time slot for your order cannot be specified by us. However you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with DHL Express to reschedule or redirect your delivery.
• Saturday deliveries are sometimes available depending on your location - at an additional cost. Please call to request.
• DHL Express will email you as soon as the package is collected and you will be informed every step of the way by them directly.
• If you choose to change the stated delivery address we cannot be held responsible for any mishap of any kind.
